  • A forced login. Unless you truly need it, switch off "Limit to 1 response" in Form settings — it forces a Google sign-in that adds friction.
  • The wrong link. Copy the public link from the purple Send dialog, not the /edit URL from your browser bar.
  • An unshortened URL. A raw Forms URL is very long. Tick "Shorten URL" in Forms first for a cleaner, less dense matrix.
  • Too many questions. Keep a mobile QR survey to five questions or fewer to hold completion up.
  • A closed form. If you toggle off "Accepting responses", scanners hit a closed-form message. Leave it open through the campaign.
